Lour Mitchell is a Senior Associate Recruiter at RJR Partners, specializing in the placement of marketing, developer relations, and legal professionals at companies across the world. Additionally, she specializes in the placement of sales professionals in the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining RJR Partners, Lour was a Television Executive working on some of the highest-rated unscripted series.

Lour graduated from California Lutheran University with an M.B.A. degree and Rider University with a B.A. in Communications. Lour currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, 2 daughters, Wheaten Terrier, and Whoodle.
