Prior to joining RJR Partners, Lour was a Television Executive working on some of the highest-rated unscripted series.

Lour graduated from California Lutheran University with an M.B.A. degree and Rider University with a B.A. in Communications. Lour currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, 2 daughters, Wheaten Terrier, and Whoodle.
