IAN O’LEARY

SR. DIRECTOR, SALES RECRUITING

Ian is a Sr. Director at RJR Partners. In his role, he oversees a team of sales recruiters, as well as manages his own searches for sales leadership roles across the United States. Prior to joining RJR Partners, Ian played professional basketball in Europe for over a decade.

Ian received his B.A. in Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s College of California. He now lives in Danville with his wife and three children.
