TECHNICAL Recruiter
We are seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter located remotely in the United States. The Recruiter is responsible for prospecting and developing new candidates and processing them through interview cycles to close. This is a direct quota-carrying position with hours from 8am-5pm (your time zone) Monday through Friday.
This position will receive a competitive base salary, as well as a generous commission plan. We have an office located in Danville, CA or you are welcome to work remotely long term.
ReSPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with hiring managers and teams within our client base to own full-cycle recruiting initiatives for full time permanent placements.
Achieve/exceed monthly bookings quota.
Qualify candidates and progress opportunities and processes to closure.
Prospect and open up new accounts and identify new qualified candidates.
Call within all levels of an organization, identify decision makers and build customer relationships.
Use analytical and selling skills to understand and advise upon client requirements.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Build and develop pipelines of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Maintain detailed documentation of candidate and client communications/activity.
Accurately forecast and maintain an updated pipeline in Salesforce.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have 5+ years of successful technical recruiting experience, ideally within the world of SaaS software Startup companies.
Ideally you have experience recruiting software engineers, of all experience levels for positions such as: End to End Engineering, DevOps / SRE, Quality Assurance, Web and Mobile development, Distributed Systems, Microservices, Cloud, Data and Infrastructure.
Proven track record of success in cold-calling, deal qualification and quota achievement in a full desk, 360 recruiting model.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Salesforce a huge plus
Four-year college degree.
