Jennica serves as a Recruiting Coordinator at RJR Partners supporting Mandi McCarthy. She assists the team in sourcing marketing and tech leadership professionals from entry level to executive across the country. Before joining the company, Jennica attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she earned a B.A. in Communications.
