FRONT DESK COORDINATOR (Interal)
We are seeking a full-time (9am-5pm, M-F) Front Desk Coordinator & Office Manager located in our Bishop Ranch, San Ramon, CA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly support the Principal of RJR Partners and provide ancillary support to additional team members.
General office management duties, including light cleaning, supply ordering, greeting of guests, maintaining office equipment, etc.
Assist with candidate management, including high volume scheduling, interview coordination and outbound correspondence via email, phone and LinkedIn.
Moderate data entry within Salesforce.
Requirements
Four-year college degree required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a business setting, preferably in an administrative or office management capacity.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task.
Flawless email correspondence and verbal communication to clients and candidates.
Tech savvy: prior experience w/Salesforce, Google Suite and/or LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization.
